Should my solicitor be local?

The simple answer to this question is, "it doesn't matter".

There is no good reason to use a local solicitor, and you may even benefit from using a national solicitor who specialises in conveyancing.

Dedicated coneyancing teams are more efficient, making them more competitive - and these savings are passed on to you.
